Default Newer Ram Wheels

OK, so I've seen similar posts but none with he answers I need. I'm in the process of doing body work on my Ram so I can pain it soon, but I have terrible looking wheels on it now. I've about worn the rear BFG's down to slicks (not sure how that happened) but I don't want to put brand new tires on crap wheels that I want to replace. I've seen a couple sets of 03-06 steel, chromed 5 spoke stock Ram wheels that I think would look pretty good on the old truck. Not too flashy and still factory. Bolt pattern is still 5 x 5.5 and it looks like the center sticks out enough for the front dust caps to fit, my only issue is I think the newer trucks use 9/16" studs where ours use 1/2". Is that going to matter? Or would lug nuts with tapered ends center themselves?
