1970 D100 clutch question.

I have a 70 D100 that I am trying to repair. It has the slant six 225 and a 4 speed manual transmission. I have found that there are 3 different sizes of clutches for this truck. Does anyone know the difference between the clutch fork that would be used on a 10 inch clutch setup and the 11 inch clutch setup?
