Default 1992 MPFI 318 needs more power

I'm in the middle of fixin her up. New body and paint, that sort of thing. Love the truck. Its four wheel drive and has only 190k on it. I've replaced the timing chain and tuned it up and for most part runs like a top. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas how to get a little more performance out of it. It has an obd1 computer so I'm not all that sure what I can do with it that the stock computer will compensate for. Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Dodge for some reason did not seem to think performance was very important with the OBD1 systems and due to an absence of after market support there is very little we can do to solve this problem. Believe me, I and others feel your pain in this area.
