Default weird vibration/rubbing noise coming from wheels

hey all. got a 89, d250, 360, tbi, 3spd, auto, 2wd, dana 60 rear. my problem is when i turn i get a weird vibration/ rubbing coming from the tires. but not in the steering wheel. this only happens after about 15 mins of driving. and then its the most noticeable when going around a corner or long curve doing 5-10mph, when i straighten out the wheel it stops. when im driving at regular speeds45-65 i can feel a vibrationcoming from the wheels-steering wheel dosent vibrate at all. ive checked my tie rods, they are tight, checked my bearrings, no burns or grinding. thinking its my ball joints, they have a little play but not sure if that would cause my problem. now i have power steering but it is operating fine from what i can tell, no weird noises, just has a little play in the wheel but figured thats normall for an older pick-up. any advice is appreciated

Describe the sound, I'm assuming that why you're saying rear wheels, right? Is it a growl or a whine or a squeak?

Does it increase with speed, or does it stay constant?

Does it happen turning left or right, or both?

Will it do it when in neutral? (go down the road till you hear/feel the problem, puts trans in neutral and let it coast) Sound still there?

well i replaced my bearings and its still happening. so it wasnt that. the noise is from the rear, its almost like a rubbing sound. only happens when im turning left and right, and going slower than 15mph. happens in drive and reverse. when it starts it makes a "tink" and u can feel it in the tire, then the rubbing noise starts, when i accelerate it stops. also get a wicked vibration when i hit 65mph, but i think i might have lost a weight of my tire
