B-Body Radiator
The radiator started leaking on my '89 Ram last week. First thing I've actually had to replace on it (not counting what I wanted to replace) since I bought it about a year ago. Local junkyard wanted $75 for one out of an old Ram, but I wasn't to crazy about the uncertainty of whether or not I'd end up with another leaky radiator and $75 less.
My dad has a '71 Satellite that was originally a 318 car but is now sporting a healthy 383. He hasn't thrown any of the 318 stuff away, including the radiator, so he told me to take it and see if I could make it work. Picked it up brought it home, measurements top to bottom and side to side are nearly identical. It's a little thicker (extra row maybe) which I figure is a plus. Fan shroud bolted directly to the holes that were already there. The only mod I had to make was drilling new holes in the truck to match up with the mounting holes on the radiator. I was amazed how a radiator from an 18 year older car fit almost unmodified into the Ram. Got lucky on that one. Just thought I'd share.

The guys over at Dippy.org have determined that truck radiators are nearly a direct fit for the tiny M-body Diplomats and Fifth Avenues. The only thing needing modding is the fan shroud. The truck radiators and many other Mopar ones interchange well.
