You say; "I jumpered the pump to make sure it was ok and it runs when jumpered." Do you have pressure at the throttle body when the fuel pump is jumped? The reason I ask this is that we have to first find out if it is a fuel system problem or an electrical problem.

I had no pressure at the throttle body when the pump was jumpered....I could hear the pump running but was not getting any fuel to the TB. Thanks for all of your help so far.

This is obviously an obstructed fuel line problem. You need to start at the throttle body and break into the fuel line at each fitting in the line until you get fuel and then replace the piece of downstream tubing from that point to the last fitting tested.

Sounds logical...I'm po'd I didn't think to try that, or blow out the lines with compressed air.

Default 88 w250 fuel problems

The fuel pump is bypassed its stock setup n is rigged to a switch in the cab now there is alot of fuel begin dumped into the throttle body injectors. So now the tbi are despensing out fuel in a stream not like a mist. Also lots of rust n debre in the tbi. It will turn over for a few seconds but only by flicking the switch on n off repeatedly every few seconds
