i jus bought a 88 ram 50 an guy b4 me dropped it to ground, how can i go by raising it back up?

 

There are many ways to drop a truck. Without knowing what was done to drop it, it is impossible to say how to undo it. You need to get a manual for your truck that will show you how things were when the truck was stock and then see what is different now. This will allow you to ask specific questions on how to do what ever needs to be done.

 

this is all i can tell that was done . either cut or heated front springs an altered the rear

 

Head to the junk yard and get replacements for the altered parts
