Default 1989 W150 Max rim/tire combo?

i was just wondering what the max tire size is for a stock height 89' w150, i've got the 15 inch rims from the old style (somewhat like generallee) wondering what the biggest the truck will hold without a lift, i was looking at some cheap 33x12.50's any chance?

they might fit under the truck but i don't think they will fit on the stock rims.

I mounted 32 x 11.5's on 15" x 7" factory steelies on my stock height 87 W150. No problems with the 7" wheel. Some slight wheel well-fender contact in extreme turning but otherwise they were fine.

A 33 may need an 8" wheel though and there may be increased fender clearance issues at the stock height.
