Both vacuum lines go to the switch on top of your transfer case.

The switch has 4 vacuum lines. The switch gets its supply vacuum from the round accumulator ball on the inside of the left frame by the transfer case. The accumulator ball gets its vacuum from the throttle body or carb. There is also a vacuum line on the switch that goes up to the right front fender to a filtered vent.
