Is there a way to adjust the brake pedal? Mine is too high.

Not that I know of. The only way to modify the height would be to modify the length of the rod that goes thru the fire wall to the master cylinder. Doing this would also require modification of the brake light switch mount.

How high is the pedal usually? Mine is a few inches lower than the emergency brake pedal.

So that we get a same relative measurement. I ran a tape thru the steering wheel at the bottom past the side of the brake pedal face to the floor. This put the tape at 90 degrees to the face of the pedal. The face of the pedal is about 7 inches from the floor.
