Need Dodge help?? Brake upgrade 73 3/4 ton 4wd

I was wondering if any one of you know if there is disc brake upgrade to replace the drum brakes on my sons 1973 3/4ton 4wd? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

74 78 ish Chevrolet K20 w/ 44 axle,disc brake, use outer stub axles and knuckles,brakes
