Not starter or battery, confused..

Default Not starter or battery, confused..

When starting engine acts as if the battery is weak or the starter is dragging, replaced both starter and battery and still having the same problem,any suggestions.....?

Check ALL grounds, batt. to engine, frame and body.

did the place you bought the battery from test or charge it before you bought it. you should also test to make sure you are getting the same voltage at the starter that you have at the battery.
