Default 74 W100 drum to disks from a 78 Ram Charger?

Hey all, I am new to the forum. I just recently purchased a 74 Dodge power wagon from my neighbor. I am pretty unfamiliar with the earlier years of dodges so am I correct in calling it a w100?

I also acquired a 78 ram charger from my mother in law. This thing is pretty far gone so I have been using it for parts. I saw it had disc brakes up front and was wondering if I could easily swap them over.

Also, how do you tell what front and rear axels you have. I am guessing the dana 44 and 60 but I do not know how to make sure.

The truck has a 360 and was converted from an automatic to a 4 speed manual. The truck runs great and I got a killer deal on it. I am looking forward to making her shine again.

I apreciate any help.

Thanks Dave

W100 or AW150 Same. 78 brakes to 74 axle needs knuckle/stub axle swap and manual hub conversion. 74 has 44 front and 8 3/4 rear, Dana 60 of those vintage are 8 lug.
