As luck would have it, I was going down to the parts store last night to pick-up a new ISC and she satlled out and wouldn't restart...bummer!

 

Maybe the truck is trying to tell you something and save you some money. Have you tested the ISC motor? The reason I ask is that the ISC motor has nothing to do with a restart after a stall. Even with a bad ISC motor the truck should easily restart, it just won't idle on its own.
