Have you checked the ignition module?

I assume you are referring to a code 11? Does the fuel pump come on briefly when you first turn the key on?

Remove the distributor cap. Rotate the engine until the rotor faces the rear of the vehicle. The movable pulse ring will be contained within the magnetic pick-up inside the distributor. Back probe the gray wire on the distributer harness with a paper clip. Touch the + lead of an analog volt meter (not digital) to the clip and ground the - lead. Key on (not running) you should have 5 volts.

If no voltage check for voltage on the orange wire. There should be 8 volts with key on (not running). If voltage is present on the orange wire you go back to the gray wire and crank the engine over. The meter should fluctuate between zero and 5 volts.

Let me know what you get.

If the cam positioning sensor is OK and is pulsing, have you checked the ignition coil?
