Default Door glass removal

Does anyone know how to remove the door glass on an 85' 150?
Do I have to remove/drill out the rivets and remove the regulator to get the glass out. I am in the process of restoring a 1985 that I was given, the last items that need to be taken part are the door glass. HELP!

No, you do not have to remove the regulator. Once you remove the vent window and its frame the main window will slide forward enough to slide off the regulator.

There is one screw at the bottom of the track and one screw on the outside front of the door and it comes right out. The main window must be down.

Have you removed the 2 pieces of weather stripping across the door at the bottom of the window opening. This must be done. You might try raising the main window slightly. If you can get the front of the glass out of the vent window channel you can slide it forward to remove it from the back channel and then slide the window rearward to give more clearance for vent assembly removal.
