proud w150 owner looking for advice
I think I understand what you are asking. What degree of HD spring will translate to what degree of lift? The answer is that HD springs and High Lift springs are two different things. HD springs are made to carry more weight. High lift springs are just that - higher lift than stock height. If you choose to go the HD route to get lift, you may be disappointed to get no increase in lift and a very firm ride.
As SEAL stated, you should really call or email the company you plan to go with to let them know what exactly you are trying to accomplish. They will want to know how much lift you are looking for, if you want the ride any firmer, if the vehicle is for off-road, part-time offroad, or only street driven, and if it is for towing or not and towing what (weight wise). It is possible to increase height without sacrificing ride quality.
