I work at O'reillys and im 17 ive been looking in parts books and catalogs and for some reason ive always wondered why theyve singled out my year for some reason, like it'll specify parts for 89-92 then 93 then 94-96 is this just because i have the first year magnum engine and the last year of this body style?

 

93 was pretty much the first year they had completely converted to MFI and the first year for the magnum engine to be used in all there trucks.
