Default '87 318 Power Ram LE 150 specz

I have a 1987 Dodge 4x4 318 auto Power Ram LE 150. My first 4x4. I'm a diy. I would like to know the specs for tune-up, how to check front differential and what fluids to use. I want to do general tune-up, maintenence and lube. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

There should be a tag under the hood that gives you your tune-up specs. As far as fluids and how to check the front differential. Mine has a pipe plug in the front of it that you remove and the fluid level should be at the bottom lip of the hole. Yours may be different depending on what differential you have. The fluid type is SAE 90 or SAE 85W-140 gear oil but you must find out if you have limited-slip or not to know if you need a friction modifier. Recommended motor oil is SAE 10W-30. I would recommend that you find a factory repair manual or a suitable substitute. Don't try to buy a cheap manual or you will not be happy.

Thanks Seal,
Opened the hood looked up and there it was. One tag had engine specs, plug type and gap, timing, idle speed. Another tag had emission and vacuum hoses.
another had the jack information.
Thanks a lot.
