very slight lower end knock

Default very slight lower end knock

so yesterday as i was welding on my exaust i started it to check for leak, low an behold i heard it knocking...but just slightly..

it went away after runnin there for a little bit...

is there a way to reduce this some for temp?

runnin 20/40 in it now or 10/40 one of those lol..

thought about runnin seafoam in the oil then lucas an 10/30...any good?

Recommended oil is SAE 10W-30 and lucas is a good product. I don't use additives myself.
