In theory you'll need an intake manifold. The magnum cam i don't think will have a fuel pump eccentric, so you'll either have to put a cam in that does and swap over the timing chain cover, or you'll have to get a low pressure electric fuel pump and/or fuel pressure regulator. You may need to swap the oil pan, but maybe not. Your 318 is a 2 barrel carb right? You might want to think about picking up a new 4-bbl carb to go with the manifold as I don't think you can get new 2bbl heads for the magnums.
If you swap out the cam and get a new carb you should feel quite a bit more power than the old motor.
