Default Wire identification

I was putting new speakers in the corners of my cab because they haven't workedsince I got the truck. Long story short the wires had worn through the insulation so they got cut and replaced all at once. I managed to get the mess mostly figured out but I can't seem to figure out which wires go from the radio to the passenger door speaker.

Does anyone here have any idea? There's nothing in either of my books on the actual wiring.

The previous owner made a mess of everything and used every size and color wire available to patch it back together. So I really have no idea whereto start

Should be a dark green and a violet, both 18 gauge from the stereo.

if the previous owner made such a mess you should just run new lines from the stereo to the speakers.

pull glove box out and you should be able to see them coming from the radio, there should be a 2 prong connector to the right of the glove box, with the color wires that seal said, unless they were cut up also.
