I have a 91 d150 and I check the code and it show the code 12. I was wondering what code 12 mean?

 

You get a 12 when the battery has been disconnected within the last 50 times you've turned the key to the "on" position. It's nothing to worry about and most of us on here will probably see that come up when we check our codes as well
