Mileage: TBI vs 2bbl

I wouldn't plan on doing anything to them until I checked their spray pattern. Just look down inside the throttle body while the engine is idling. There should be a fine cone of atomized fuel that reaches the sides of the throttle body with no gaps or streams. Low ambient light and a flashlight helps to show off the cones easier.

The spray pattern looked fairly even, driver side had a small portion that looked a little thicker spray than the rest of the cone. Took them out and sprayed some carb cleaner and about 40 psi pressurized air in the reverse direction of normal flow. Put them back in, first thing I noticed is the truck started almost immediately (usually takes 2-3 seconds) and a more uniform pattern in that particular injector. That and I had a half can of seafom, put most of it down the brake booster vacuum line and trickled the rest into the throttle body. Ran it until the smoke cleared but haven't driven it yet. I'll know more tomorrow after I drive it to school.

Got 15 mpg out of my last fill up. I'd say that's not too bad considering I'm doing about 50/50 city/highway with the a/c on constantly. Only issue I have is my converter used to lock around 45 mph, now it doesn't until 55-60. If I could resolve that, I'd have 16 mpg I bet, which is about where our '04 Durango runs.
