Default B250 springs on a D250???

I just bought a 91 d250 and was wanting to give it a small little lift since the front springs are sagging. I have a set of 1990 b250 springs that have a 4" ID and 5 3/8 OD and are 15 1/4" height. Will these possibly work on my 1991 d250? Anyone ever tried this? Any help will be appreciated thanks!

If they are the same width it will work.

Hmmmmm . . . I don't know if they will be any taller, but if they are fresher and not sagging, they should fit. From what I understand, the d150 used one set of control arms and springs, and the d250, d350, b150, b250, and b350 all used the same control arms and springs. I think. This is what I've gathered from people who have tried lowering our trucks.
