Turns out there's an o ring on the block warmer, which hopefully can be changed out to stop the seeping... $8.50 from dodge but has to be ordered and won't be in for a week...

Sooo ya, loosened the 3/16 Allen head bolt about 8 to 10 times around and the heating element pulled write out of the block, wiped off any corrosion swapped out the o ring and applied a small bead of black hi temp rtv on the outside of the o ring....
So far so good, no leaks

Replaced all colant hoses, removed and replaced gasket on water pump, removed and replace gasket and thermostat. Still leaks coolant from somewhere around the main crank, not sure if this is a bad freeze plug issue or something more serious. Any help please?

Should probably start your own thread. However, it sounds like you may need to change the gasket on the timing chain cover. Since you will be in there anyways, you should replace the timing chain and upgrade to a double roller for a few bucks more.

I had to laugh a bit about the freeze plug issue. I blew a freeze plug on my fishing boat when I was stationed in Alaska and at first thought I was sinking but then spent an hour or so in a cramped engine compartment trying to seat a new one in with a ball peen hammer all the while having bilge crap slosh all over me as the boat got tossed around by the crazy weather.

If I remember my conversation to my terrified wife up in the pilot house was - %$%$!@^*&*&%(*&&^$$#^^&TUT%#$#*&*%$^*&_*^$pass me a rag )(&&(*^&$$&$%*&&%^$%((_&*$#%&&%&$@@!#@$#$%*
