Default Engine mounts, vibration, 1989 W250

Hello

I've just replaced the engine mounts, both front and rear (original parts), and the result was not good. At idle (park) the vibration is annoying, still at idle but in drive (D) the vibration is excessive. When increasing the rpm a bit, the vibration is as good as gone.

My old rear mounts was very worn out, but I didn't have any vibration at all.

Can someone help me with an explanation, and/or come up with some advice to correct the problem?

The engine is a Cummins diesel.,

best regards

The N.
