Default Polished Throttle body?

Has anybody polished their throttle bodies on a TBI? I know it won't make a big difference, but its free. Now that I have a little crap-box ranger to drive, I can afford to have the dodge down for more than a weekend, so I think I'm going to try it. As long as it doesn't decrease both power and mpg, I'll be happy. Any experience with other vehicles is wanted as well.

I don't believe it'll help at all, on the same note I don't believe it'll hurt it. . But If you are wanting to do it then go ahead.

Only issue is, TB is only about the size of a 2 barrel carb. If you run a 14" air cleaner, you'll just be hiding all the work you do.

I'm only going to be polishing the inside, from the top to the butterfly valve. Below the valve and on the outside I'm just going to clean.
