Default Dana 60 Front Wheel Bearing Removal

Alright guys, I have a 93' W350 with the 5.9Magnum. And I got the hub assembly apart; the rotor off, and the hub off of the rotor. I am replacing the front rotors and I need to also replace the wheel bearings, but I am having trouble with getting the races and bearings out of the hub and I was wondering if yall had any tips on how to remove the bearings? Thanks in advance!

To get the races out use a long punch and hammer to tap them out...be careful not to hit the edges where the race rides. Looking through the hub (front to back) you can see the back edge of the rear bearing race and that is where you need to hit...slow and easy it will come right nout...then flip over and repeat for the outer race...

To reinstall it you should use the proper tool but you can use the old race on top of the new race to tap it in so your not beating directly on the new races. Most autoparts stores have the Bearing\Race installer tools to borrow or rent.
