Anyone know what rear end came with a slant 6 w/ 3 speed? Replacing with a 360 out of a 78 lil red. Thanks for the help

Probably an 8 1/4 but with a 38 year old vehicle you must ID it yourself as it may not be original equipment. See if this helps. Pay attention to whether it has a rear cover or not and how many bolts are in the cover.
