Default timing gears
Just a question dose anybody have timing gears instead of a timing chain if so what kind ......I'm having my engine overhauled on my 77 RAM truck and i want to put timing gears oh and the motor is a 440

Timing chain will be fine...gear drives are VERY noisy even the quite ones and are unnecessary for a street driven vehicle.

Ya I pretty much just figured it was useless I just wanted a supercharger type of sound
