ok. your truck should not be taking over 15 minutes of driving to be able to get over 40. when was the last time the truck had a tune up(plugs, wires, cap and rotor)?

I just tuned up the ignition system about 2 months ago. But this problem has to be in the carb because it never did it before it was rebuilt.
