Mind you the distributor is for a slant six so just get a new distributor for a v8 if you don't have one with one pick up and vacuum advance.

a v-8 is just easier to swap distributors on. it is either dead on or 180* off.

your welcome. did you ever post your Power distribution box DIY anywhere else other than dodge chat? that could possibly be another idea of something he could do.

Thanks guys for that info, it will definitely be nice to have that as a reference when i decide to tackle that.. (its only a matter of time before i do)

As far as working on the rear end I didn't do anything this past weekend, and i'm going to be working the next few weeks straight so we'll see if I get anything done.. needless to say I'll still post some pics once I get it done.

What do you guys suggest for rust over wheel wells? It's on the bed... Keep in mind I've never done body work before. I have a rough idea but never have done any...

i wanted to know the year and especially the steering box input. by the way the red color looks very good on the truck, i am impressed.
