Default Instrument Cluster Voltage Regulator

Howdy,

My 81 d150 has a dead cluster, so I've been going through Ram Man's old post. It seems my voltage regulator for the cluster is toast. I'd found the article over on allpar that describes how to replace the old regulator with a newer solid state unit.

I just want to confirm, but if you are looking at the back of the gauge cluster, the bottom pin on the regulator is ground, middle is +12V input, and the top is +5V output?
