Since I don't know what a icm is I would say your 318 doesn't have one. If the problem has been reduced to a miss a good complete tuneup is the next step.
im going to put spark plugs in today if the rain stops. i already did cap rotor wires. thank you seal for your help hopefully this is it if not im out of ideas....
Never heard that acronym used to describe any of our systems. The Ignition Control Module would be one of many different circuits that make up your computer.
