93 ASD relay for alternator

93 ASD relay for alternator
have not seen any mention of this relay when talking about reulator bypass.I believe mine is bad not sure how to test relay before doing pcm bypass.I have traced the green wire with orange stripe to pcm and exciter wire at alt.through the relay do not get voltage at exciter with key on,Blue wire to relay hot with key on,is relay bad or pcm? any help apprecited
