Default Transmisson Sensor Plug 1993 d-250

there is a plug on the driver side about half way down the transmission that has an orange/blue and blue wire connecting to it. I dont see anywhere for it to plug in, but can anyone tell me what it would go to?

yes, having trouble with it shifting from 2nd to od, and wonder if that plug has anything to do with it

as far as i can tell if you got a plug with a blue wire and a orange wire with a green stripe unplugged then i don't think your trans should even be going into overdrive.

if you turn the od off with the button, it runs and shifts 1-3 great, if you turn od on it shifts 1 to 2 fine, but when it trys the 2 to 3 shift its like it skips 3 and goes into od. during the 2 to 3 shift it acts like it kinda bogs down (very little) then goes into od. and i wondered what the plug was that wasnt hooked up may have something to do with it. what sensor does the orange with green stripe and blue wire go to?
