So my windshield wiper linkage came disconnected from the motor and the wiper assembly. What can I use to reattach that linkage bar to the motor and wipers?

Also, my driver side window is stuck up. The motor still works but it sounds like its off it's track. Is that a common problem?

 

You can buy replacement grommets at NAPA for the wiper linkage. Window problems happen but you will have to pull the inside door panel to see what the problem is.
