Lean burn is the engine management system, it includes the computer, electronic carb, sensors, actuators, and associated wiring. It has been working for 26 years. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

One place you might try looking at for parts is www.jimsautoparts.com they seem to have a lot of part's for our old trucks. I have never done business with them just found thier site online. I know I have found some floorpans and other body parts online somewhere to but i cant remember where. Sounds like you got a good idea of how to do what you wanna do to your truck, have fun and be sure to post pictures!
