Default twin turbo Dodge 360?

So I have come up with this crazy idea of twin turboing my 91...Does anyone out there know of someone that has attempted this on the LA 360s? I know its a crazy idea and i already have some rough drafts and ideas scratched out, I just love the feel of the turbo from when I had my 1st gen cummins, and want some quick power. What does everyone think?

It is doable but it won't be cheap and it won't be just bolting on parts.

Complete forged bottom end if you plan on running any real boost. With twins I'll wager you would...

Heads rebuilt and studded.

Custom headers to mount turbos.

Good luck getting the TBI computer to play along...

okay thanks, I plan on doing a complete engine rebuild on a separate 360 before I do the turbos, that way I can build the engine for the turbos. I only plan to run about 10 psi of boost max from both turbos. The turbos i have chosen aren't as big as a cummins turbo. Thanks for the input.

Well, having seen many torboed gas motors, and seen how hard and time consuming it is to get them right so they don't blow up, I would shy away from that experiment. Building a single turbo motor from a kit is hard enough to get right without adding a second turbo and all the plumbing necessary and getting even THAT right. As well, it would cost so much more than even getting a crate 360 magnum and have about the same HP if you bought a good stout crate 5.9. Plus the crate motor would have a warranty and last a LOT^ LOT longer! And it would be so much more reliable and probably faster.
