Default Mirror type and size

So I measured my mirrors, need new glass, and went to Rockauto to order a set. Turns out there are many different sizes and types of mirrors so a little help in identifying which ones I have would be great.

I don't even know if they are stock mirrors but there are no other holes in the doors so I assume that they are.

Measurements are height 9,05" and width 6,06". I measured metal-to-metal so the actual glass should be a little smaller giving room for the rubber strip.

This trick will work if they are not tapered. Make 2 strips of thin sheet metal that are about 1/2" x 5". Slide one in under the rubber gasket as far as it will go and the other under the opposite rubber gasket so that they over lap. Mark some where on the over lap with a marker so they can be realigned when removed. Then you can remove them and realign them and measure their combined length. Do this up and down and side to side. That will be your length and width. Once you have that all you need to know is are they flat or convex.

But what about the radius of the corners? Or are the always the same?

Are my mirrors oem?

Thanks!

If you round one end of each strip you can measure the diagonal also. This info should only match up with the correct mirror. No way I can tell if they are OEM or not on a 26 year old truck. A lot of trucks came with no mirrors so the dealer or OP could add the appropriate mirrors for what they wanted/needed.
