i think installing a body lift would depend on what shape the cab mounts are in. i would also recommend looking into the plenum gasket first. if it is blown it could be robbing you of power, performance and gas mileage which is essentially the same as money. i know my fuelly account says i could save about $10 per fill up by just gaining 1mpg.

 

The cab mounts are in pretty bad shape. Cracked and weather rotted real bad. It will probably be awhile before I start on lifting it, since there's a few other things I need to do. As for the plenum gasket I'll check that today. This is the first day in a week that it has been over 45 and not raining.
