Whats the best way to close up those air injection holes? 1/4"x20 tapping screws or plugging up the holes with jb weld.
Also when you refer to the O2 sensor will I need a new one or even need one at, as I'm removing all the smog equipment when I install the new headers.

I hope the guys at baxters knew what they were talking about and the throttle body is really the one they said it was and not stock, I wasnt aware the stock throttle body was a holley. Ill post the product # for the throttle body on sunday.

you need an o2 senor as long you keep the truck TBI. if you got rid of it your truck will start running like crap.

JB weld will never hold.

You need to partially tap the holes, you don't want to tap the entire hole since you want the plug to "butt" up against the end of the threads.

Use either 1/4-20 or 5/16-18 depending on the hole size...tap the holes and install set screws with thread locker.
