^^^ I thought that the D60 fronts under gas powered trucks had ball joints for some reason.

Ball joint D60's started in 1994 and are nothing like the original king-pin models

70's trucks had ball joints, and yes kingpins are superior I agree.

Incorrect; all dodge equipment dana 60 front axles were king pin equipped until 94.

The D60 front axle came out in the 1975 models and were essentially unchanged until 94. There were some minor changes over the years but all had king pins. Prior to that you might be thinking of the closed knuckle D70's but even those used a king pin.

So after nine painful hours Ive finished installing crossover steering. Much time was just going back and forth to find tools. But I finally got it done with much help from a friend. Ill post pics and more details soon.

First impression, its nice to see my gauges now Steering definantly feels stiffer, not sure if I can turn sharper or not. My truck veers to the right so I guess I need an alignment. Havnt driven it on the highway yet to take into account bump steer.

So bump steer is reduced for sure. Took it to the shop to get an alignment but everything is good except for the toe which is why its pulling. left is -1.28 and right 1.28 so both wheels are equal just slanted to the right. They cany align it with the aftermarket draglink without pulling it out so now I that I know what needs to be done Im gonna mess around with it and see if I cant get it straight.
