Can anyone give me advice on what to to the the trouble code "37"?
Also when I bought the truck the wipers didnt work, it has the new school intermediate wipers (i think thats what it is called) where you turn them on at the steering column.. I took the truck to the wash for the first time today and after having them never move since I bought the truck, I was suprised to see them turn on for just one round after I washed the truck... This leads me to believe that is it something electrical rather then the old school grommets connecting the wiper arms.... any suggestions on where to start?

the wipers may just have a bad ground. you could try making a jumper wire between a good ground connection and the wiper motor body or metal area around the motor bolts. the wipers get there ground from the bolts that hold them to the body which can rust or get a bit corroded over time.
