I have a 76 w200 long wheel base truck. There is no power to the headlights and I tried to trace the wires that go to and from the headlight switch. Under my dash it is basically a bucket of wire nuts and random wires so I couldn't figure it out. I would like to start from scratch but I don't know where to start. I need some diagrams.

 

have you checked the dimmer switch on the floor? most likely your issue.
