Hello, new to the forum and to Dodges. I recently picked up a government owned 1991 W250 with a 360, auto. 96,000 miles. It was owned by the local Wildlife and Fisheries, and parked during the winters. Someone tried to steal it one winter about 5 years ago, mangled the ignition switch, but was unsuccessful. Truck ran and drove fine before that. Has been sitting since. I replaced ignition switch, found that the fuel pump was no longer good, so I replaced that (along with a fuel filter, plugs, wires, cap, rotor button). Fuel pump now works, can hear it for a second or two when the key is turned on. The throttle body is getting fuel to it, not sure if injectors are spraying fuel though while cranking. Truck will only start if you pour a little gas or starting fluid in it, and will run for a few seconds then die. I took off the TB thinking I could soak it like a carb, but was afraid to with all the electrical connectors. So I pulled out the injectors, they look clean, and they click with power to them, and even sprayed out a little bit of fuel on the bench. I've been reading the forum here for over an hour, and haven't figured out what else to check. Is there a way to make sure the injectors are getting power? Is it possible for the ASD relay to power the fuel pump and coil but not the injectors? Any sensors, relays, etc. to check? Thanks in advance for the help. Update: I had my wife turn the key while I looked to see if the injectors were spraying. I was looking in there with a flashlight, and they did not make a cone of spray like I've read in other threads. There was a very, very small bit of fuel that came out, but not enough to do anything. There is fuel making it to the throttle body in the fuel line, but I don't know what's happening to it from there. The truck will start and run for a few seconds if I pour a little gas in there.
