Default Upgrades to TBI

I have a 1990 w250 with a 360. I would like to get a little more power out of it and am wondering anybody knows where I can get either upgraded injectors or if I can upgrade the unit to a 4 barrel throttle body and keep the factory computer? I don't really want to start hacking on the factory harness because the truck is in really good shape. What I'd really like to do is put a new cam and intake manifold on it, but I think it would be point less without upgrading the fuel injection somehow. Does anybody know if parts for the Chevy TBI systems swap over? They look similar.

can't really do anything with the stock dodge computer that will allow you to upgrade stuff. that is one of the big issues with all obd1 dodge trucks. you would have to get some type of aftermarket fuel injection controller to control things to upgrade these trucks.

To directly answer your question, NO. The stock computer is the limiting factor and a DUMB computer. It will not take any mods and get any benefit other than little mods like headers, dual exhaust, and such. And even at that, it won't be much difference. If you want more power, do a carb swap if you don't have to pass smog. OR an Edlebrock FI with a computer.
