Default truck is cutting out/stalling at take off

I need some help quick. My truck just blew the top main radiator hose yesterday morning and gave my engine a coolant bath. After that it has been having issues with taking off. When I go to accelerate the engine will start cutting out and usually dies. It usually starts right back up and goes until the next intersection but sometimes it takes a bit to get it going again. This is my daily driver and I depend on it a lot so i need to get this fixed but I'm at a loss on this one, its got me real puzzled.

What was your temperature like when the hose blew off? Was the thermostat bad?

start by replacing plugs, wires, cap, rotor. and plug the vent in the cap. with JB-weld. check for a loose carb. by spraying WD-40, or starting fulid on the base as the engine is running.

I had actually just parked it after driving up to my dads shop. I went in and came back out to see coolant all over the ground under my truck. I popped the hood and couldn't find a leak until i added more coolant and started the truck up and ran it for a bit. The hose had a leak about a quarter to half inch long right after the down curve that runs the coolant right into the engine. The thermostat seems to still work, the gauge was right in the middle, thats were it is on average unless I am towing a load or climbing a long hill which neither of which i was doing. The leak sprayed coolant right at my throttle body and went everywhere from there. I replaced the hose and topped off the coolant and drove to work, after work is when the problem started.

update on the problems. It has nothing to do with the spark to the engine. It feels like the engine is being starved when ever it happens and it normally only happens when I need to accelerate the most. I checked spark and its all good. It appears to be just a coincidence that this problem happened the same day that I had my coolant sprayed over my engine.
