I have a 1988 D 100 with a 3.9 4sp with OD. Have had it almost 2 yrs and has made a noise the whole time. The po saidhe had a throwout bearing installed sometime. Last week the noise seems louder and this week 4th is not going in at times (and seems like halfway) and pops out/grind some or is fine. It makes noise in gear or clutch is out and out of gear, if clutch is pushed in no noise orin 4th gear. I talked to some shops and 1 said awhole rebuild others said throwout bearing. I posted this i think 1st of the yr. What do you think and think it will last till tax refund? thanks
